ONE.     this is a semi-selective blog, meaning i may not rp with all of you. that doesn't mean i don't want to, i just have a hard time keeping up with things sometimes, and would rather this not turn into a chore.    TWO.     both myself and all of my muses are 21+. that being said, this blog will contain explicit themes and material. ( this is subject to change as the roster updates. obviously if i ever add any underaged muses, we will not tolerate any nsfw material surrounding them at all. we don't want that here. ) i use read more's and try to appropriately tag everything using basic (ex.) trigger cw tags.

        HISTORY    //         elliott witt - bartender and bar OWNER of the one and only [ PARADISE LOUNGE ], is even better known as the apex legend     MIRAGE    . the performative son of a famed hologram engineer, he joined the apex games in search of fame and fortune.    ELLIOTT WITT     was born in 2703 on [ solace ] to richard witt, an amateur inventor that never seemed to be around when it mattered, and evelyn witt, a famed holographic engineer who initially developed the first prototype of holo-devices elliott's seen using in the games.the youngest of [ FOUR BROTHERS ], elliott grew up fighting for the attention of his mother — from which his outgoing,     TRICKSTER     characteristics derive from. he took interest in his mother's work at an early age, throwing himself into her research at fifteen years old after his brothers enlisted to fight for solace during the outlands civil war, a battle that eventually took the life of all three of his siblings.the loss weighed heavy on not only his shoulders, but his mother's as well. he'd spend a great deal of time and money later on, searching for answers regarding the fate of his brothers — nothing ever came of it.

witt worked a variety of jobs as an adult: a night manager at the solace city water treatment plant, an inspection foreman for the engineering division of the IMC, high security for brockhaurd manufacturing — his resume remained dynamic and changing for several years before he set his sights on his uncle's bar. he purchased the failing establishment and renamed it the     PARADISE LOUNGE     to help fulfill the dream of his late brother roger witt, as it was his goal to eventually run the bar. as an owner-operator, he was finally able to shine, showing off his good looks and loud personality to anyone that takes a seat for a drink.but it wasn't enough. he eventually set his sights on joining the [ APEX GAMES ]. the fame and glory was enticing, and the money wouldn't hurt, either; considering the bar wasn't in a much better state than when his uncle owned it, he could use the cash. the only thing that held him back was leaving his mother. with her health condition worsening, he was hesitant about leaving her alone — after all, he was it, the last one she had. despite this, with the gift of a custom set of holo-capture devices, she encouraged him to follow his heart and submit his application to the games.
